I have come accross a Soviet PU scope ingraved with the Crisp hammer and sickle with small five pointed star above with #357 NKV LOGO. the date is 1942 with No 00052. appears to have the NKVD/ #296 NKAP SVT turrets. THe "N" in the "No" is crisp. IS THIS A FAKE?

Hello people, i recently bought this relic 91/30, and i found this page while trying to get some more info about it and if im right, from sight type and things like, i narrowed its production date to 1935-39, is that correct? also, main reason im posting this, am i blind or does this one actually have the zero pattern clip notch? how rare was that?

I find SVT with СГ 1182 serial number the number indicates a sniper rifle, but there is no cutout for the PU mounting bolt. there is no C stamp either. It was a rifle produced for PU but it failed accuracy tests ?
